We deliver goods during normal business hours Monday to Sunday (excluding national holidays). Despatches are made same day, Monday to Friday, when the order is placed before 2PM local time (excluding Saturday & Sunday).

We employ an express courier with a tracking service to make the deliveries. You can personally choose which specific level of delivery service you require. We offer express options so that you can get the goods rushed when your situation is time sensitive.

28 DAY RETURN PERIOD (14 days + 14 days)

You can cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery. If you decide to cancel within the 14 calendar day return notification period, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back from the point of when LAT_56 Club Services send you the return documentation.

We will exchange the goods or provide you with a full refund (not including delivery charges) provided that, where delivery has taken place, you have returned the Goods to us 100% in the same condition that they were delivered.

To make a request to cancel your order within the 14 calendar days of delivery window, please email our customer services team quoting "RETURN" plus your ORDER # and Full Name in the subject line to [email protected]. As long as you are within the 14 calendar day delivery window to notify us of your wish to cancel your order, we will then send you instructions and documentation for the approved returns procedure. You should re-package the 100% unused goods securely in the original packaging and return them to our designated return address with the documentation which will be provided to you by customer services.

Once goods arrive at the return address provided by customer services they shall be checked over and the refund shall be made. The refund may take up to 14 days upon receiving the goods back to LAT_56. However, we always endeavour to complete the refund ASAP.

For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when making a return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to LAT_56, unless we delivered the items to you in error or the Goods have a manufacturing defect.
